Context

Current provider's terms changed in January 2026 to permit content scanning for ad personalization. This conflicts with our donor confidentiality commitments and our policy on member data.

Decision

Migrate the org to Proton Mail Business by end of Q2. Phase one is leadership; phase two is full org with a 4-week overlap.

Action

Marcus runs vendor RFP and security review (due March 14). Asha designs the broadcast-out comms. Tomás coordinates the calendar/contacts export plan.

We've had three intro meetings this week. Suggesting we narrow to two for proposal stage — the city council and the climate justice coalition. Thoughts?

Sarah Lawson7h ago

Strong agree on the council. Can you share the brief from Tuesday's call before we commit?

Jody Williams5h ago

Briefing attached. The coalition wants a 6-month commitment minimum which is tight given our Q2 capacity.
