How the modules work together

Each module is useful on its own. The loops between them are where the time savings live.

Discuss → Decide
When a thread reaches resolution, promote it to a decision record in one click. Context auto-fills from the thread. The two stay linked forever.
Decide → Announce
Broadcast a decision and the read receipts tell you who has seen it. One click nudges the people who haven’t. The announcement links back to the source record.
Decide → Learn + Share
Turn a decision into a course, or file the policy that follows from it. Future hires read it on day one without scheduling an intro call.
FAQ

Questions teams ask

What is OneSpot?

OneSpot is one platform that covers five jobs every organization already does: discussing, deciding, announcing, learning, and sharing. Each one is its own module. Together they keep a single, searchable record of how the org thinks and what it has chosen.

What does OneSpot replace?

Most teams arrive on OneSpot to retire some combination of Slack, Google Docs, email, Notion, and a shared drive. We cover the work each of those tools was doing, without the context-switching that comes with running five of them at once.

Can we customize OneSpot to match our brand?

Yes. Set a brand colour and upload a logo in admin settings. OneSpot derives an accessibility-checked tonal palette from your colour and applies it across every module: buttons, links, focus states, badges.

Who is OneSpot for?

Community-first organizations: non-profits, co-operatives, member associations, councils, foundations, and cross-functional leadership teams. If a decision your team makes today should still be findable in twelve months, OneSpot is built for you.

Is OneSpot secure?

Yes. TLS in transit, encryption at rest, SSO (SAML 2.0), and an immutable Audit log that records every admin action. Privacy and security details are available on request.
