Questions about Insights
What metrics does Insights track?
Active members, decisions per month, broadcast read rate, course completion, plus per-module activity (Discuss, Decide, Announce, Learn, Share) and an engagement leaderboard.
Is Insights privacy-respecting?
Yes. Insights only tracks artefacts members have already created (decisions, broadcasts, threads). No keystroke or session monitoring. Aggregate metrics roll up; individual contribution is visible on member profiles members can already see.
Can I export Insights data?
Executives can export each chart as CSV or PDF. Useful for board reporting and grant applications.
